Owners and Bookkeepers can invite. Only Owners can invite another Owner. Changing a role or removing a member takes effect at once and is recorded in the audit trail.
Firm roles
Bookkeeping firms have two more roles, set at firm level:
- Firm admin: manages the firm's clients, staff, branding and billing.
- Firm staff: works on the client businesses they are assigned to, with Bookkeeper permissions in each.
The Firm plan includes 3 staff seats, then $19 per seat per month. Reviewers invited to a client business are free. See The firm console.
