Overage and upgrades
A busy month costs a little more. It never forces a plan change.
Above the included transactions, each extra one is billed at your plan's rate at the end of the month. You get a warning at 80% of the allowance.
We suggest the next plan only when overage would cost more than it. On Starter, 150 transactions come to $123.00, still under Business at $149.00, so nothing is suggested. At 200 the month would be $153.00, so the app points out that Business is cheaper.

For bookkeeping practices
Firm plan · $99 per client business a month
- Business entitlements for every client, with overage pooled across clients at $0.35.
- Minimum 3 clients. 3 staff seats included, then $19 a seat.
- Cross-client queue, close board, and your name and logo on client close packs.
- The firm is billed and resells at its own price, or a client pays directly through an activation link.

Behind on the books? A catch-up reconciles 13 months of history in one pass, whatever plan you are on, so a year of receipts that never reached the ledger can be matched, reviewed and posted before year-end.

What counts as a reconciled transaction?
One on-chain transfer in or out of a watched address that we value and classify. Pending, failed and spam transfers do not count, and neither does anything we hide as dust.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial runs 14 days at Business entitlements on your own data, and you can post to your ledger during it. Add a card, or send it to the owner to activate, when you are ready.
What happens when the trial ends and nobody has paid?
Everything stays visible and exportable for 30 days, but nothing new posts. Watching continues so no receipts are missed. After that, watching pauses and the ledger connection is disconnected; data is kept for 90 days, then deleted with notice by email.
What if a payment fails?
You keep full access for 7 days with a banner while the card is retried. After that, posting and exports pause while watching and matching carry on, so there is no gap to recover when the card is updated.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, in the billing portal. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Entries already posted stay in your ledger; they are yours.
Is the month-end close included on Starter?
Yes. The close checklist, balance reconciliation, close pack and audit trail are on every plan. Plans differ by volume and automation, never by whether the books can close.
Who can use it on one plan?
Unlimited team members on every direct plan: bookkeepers, the owner, and your accountant as a free reviewer.
