Help · Getting connected
Adding a receiving address
Paste the address your customers pay; Gladpaid detects the chain, scans history and watches it read-only.
Updated
Gladpaid watches the public addresses your customers pay into. An address is public information, the same as a bank account number printed on an invoice. Watching it needs no key, no signature and no wallet connection.
Add an address
- 01
Paste the address
Go to Addresses → Add and paste the address from your invoice, your wallet app or your exchange's deposit page.
- 02
We detect the chain family
An address starting
0xis scanned on every supported EVM chain at once. Solana and Tron addresses are recognised by their format. You never pick a chain. - 03
Give it a label
For example "Main receiving wallet" or "Exchange deposit address". Labels appear on matches and in the close pack.
- 04
Confirm it is yours
You attest that the address belongs to the business. There is no signature step, because a signature would need your key.
What is covered
| Chains | Tokens |
|---|---|
| Base, Ethereum, Polygon PoS, Arbitrum One | USDC, USDT and USDT0, PYUSD, USDG, EURC |
| Solana | USDC, USDT, PYUSD, USDG, EURC |
| Tron | USDT |
Tokens are identified by their chain and contract address, never by the symbol they report. A bridged token that calls itself "USDC" is shown with a badge rather than silently treated as native USDC.
History and live watching
- On adding an address, Gladpaid backfills the previous full month plus the month to date, and receipts appear live as they are found.
- Business and Scale plans backfill 13 months. Starter covers the previous month.
- From then on, new transfers arrive within minutes.
- A receipt shows as pending confirmation until it is final under that chain's rule. Nothing is matched to a posting batch before then.
- Unsolicited dust and look-alike spam transfers are hidden automatically and never count towards your plan.
Watched-address limits depend on the plan: 3 on Starter, 15 on Business, unlimited on Scale. See Pricing.
