The close pack
A versioned XLSX workbook and PDF summary of the month: every entry, its evidence, the reconciliation and the sign-offs.

When a month is signed off, Gladpaid produces a close pack: an XLSX workbook with the detail and a PDF summary for whoever reviews the books. It is the record that answers "where did this number come from?" a year later.
What it contains
- Every receipt and outflow, with transaction hash, block time, price and the evidence for that price.
- The match and the reason for it, and whether a person or a rule made it.
- The ledger reference for every posted entry.
- A fee schedule, and gains and losses.
- The wallet balance reconciliation, per wallet and token.
- The treatment policy in force, with its version and citations.
- An excerpt of the audit trail for the period.
- The preparer and reviewer sign-offs, with names and times.
Versions
Close packs are versioned. Reopening a month and signing it off again produces a new version, and earlier versions stay available with the reason for the reopening. Notes about late receipts carried into another period appear in both periods' packs.
Where to find it
Close → [month] → Close pack. Download either file, or copy a link for your accountant, who can open it with a reviewer seat.
The owner summary
When the close completes, the owner gets a one-page summary by email: stablecoins received, invoices closed, fees paid on-chain, and the close status. They do not need to log in to read it. See Owner activation.
